- The products/services provided on this website are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and Occasions Gift Co disclaims all or any of them fully. Occasions Gift Co does not warrant that the products/services offered will be errorfree, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and Occasions Gift Co shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
For flowers, cakes, sweets, and other perishable items, we attempt delivery only once. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient not being available, the address being locked, or refusal to accept the order, we will consider the order fulfilled and charge the customer in full. We do not offer refunds for such cases.
Our flower arrangements and gift baskets are handmade, so slight variations from the images shown may occur. We ensure each product is prepared as closely as possible to the description and photograph provided on our website.
- The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Occasions Gift Co, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Occasions Gift Co shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services. This includes, without limitation, claims based on negligence or other legal theories. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service purchased.
In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, Occasions Gift Co regularly updates the content, products, and services displayed on this website. As a result, prices and product availability may change without notice. The prices listed on our website apply to online orders only and may differ from prices offered elsewhere or in other regions. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse or restrict orders from resellers. Furthermore, we are not responsible for typographical, pricing, or photographic errors.
